Weight loss tops of baby? Meal ideas?

I have a tumor, that causes hemorraging, if I make too much, this could last until one year, while my uterus heals, therefore I don\'t conserve very at all excercise without problems, didnt wants surgical intervention and tumors after delivery because of hormone decrease. I also nurse and don\'t want to lose my supply, the last time, thereß I a diet my reduced supply did. Any Vorschläge on, how I can lose some of this baby weight? Umm if i, the BF i alot from green veggies, eggs, red meat and chicken ate.
I walked alot, simply normal speed, that goes, therefore as i had along ALOT of the stings there, had to come off i not to exaggerate, however, in order to help heal for them.

I deemed myself happily, where lived i, because had i pile of hills, that sounds, with muscle helped, you also drink at least 2 liters of water one day.
Buy weights for any small applause those like lift maybe and simply and turn original hips, while up and down and so on the rise of them,
