Which eating should I avoid while a colicky-Baby nurses I?

I found out only today that colic has my 3 months old. It was told to me too giv, thereß her/its/their Mylicon, to drink 4 times per day and no coffee, tea or sodas, falls, because ich\'m that nurses and they would annoy the colic. The doctor also said, smooth Stücke and, not to eat any gassy meal. Seasoning, garlic, onions, chocolate, broccoli, beans and sometimes displaces.
