I became a mother 13 , and because of more badly eating habits and one more more sedentary lifestyle adopts, I have not yet gone back to my pre-pregnancy weight... actually increased I.

IchIch cannot fit none of my clothing, and although my husband loves them/her/it for me resembling, I feel less confident into the bedroom, I want to go back my sexy one!!

Please don\'t say, I did one year long not to worry about losing weight, while I nurse, and will continue as it, you yearn as me, you can, but I furthermore now must decrease!

1. Eat right. Give up the sugary, simple carb-Zeug and decide f for itselfür the natural fruits, veggies, lean meats and whole grains.
2. Drink much water. I weiß, I never believed it before I lost 50 pounds. But, to drink water, actually helps to lose the pounds.
3. Frompractice. Bring the baby into a stroller and führen you one day one mile or strolls so. You/they können also like it some ground exercises at home does, gnashes, you push the baby upward, stability ball exercises, it will love, and so on
4. Avoid to eat with baby. Don\'t taste the small things or lick your fingers. Those calories attune the time over.

If you want you something, can eat both, there is a palatable recipe for Greek yogurt with berries here, didn\'t want to use Splenda or maybe used Agavensirup for the yogurt of baby, you also puree the berries for baby in one, you omit grains, / Gewichtsverlust-r.
